1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuickYatra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

QuickYatra provides a travel discovery and booking facilitation platform for Northeast India. We connect travelers with local guides and curate travel experiences. All bookings are facilitated via WhatsApp and confirmed by our team.

3. Pricing & GST

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR)
• GST is applicable as per Indian tax regulations and is shown separately
• Prices are subject to change based on season and availability
• Final pricing will be confirmed via WhatsApp before booking

4. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt
• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Ensure you have valid ID proof and required permits for restricted areas
• Follow local customs, traditions, and environmental guidelines
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure
• Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel

6. Limitation of Liability

QuickYatra acts as a facilitator between travelers and local service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from travel activities. Travelers participate at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including text, images, and design is the property of QuickYatra. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
